We had mysterious stains appearing on the walls and ceilings of the house in rooms on totally opposite sides of the house.The investigation was so thorough that issues with the construction of the house were found that were not known before.Our concerns were high. The response was fast. The lab work came back quickly. In the end we didn't have a mold issue but we did have something external to the house environment making its way in that was causing these "stains."The professionalism, thoroughness of the investigation, and the personal response over the phone that preceded the written report was more than expected and a relief to have been provided it all.I highly recommend ProCheck Inspection Services

We were referred to ProCheck by our realtor and are so happy we were! Maria is absolutely lovely to work with. She was happy to answer our various questions and willing to explain different aspects of the inspection process and types of inspections with clear detail. Mike is an amazing inspector. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. We discussed potential modifications for the future and what resources are available so we can educate ourselves a bit more. Costs are incredibly reasonable and the value is there. We'll be using ProCheck in the future for our pre-inspection.
